Our approach is based on a 4 stage process:

Scope

Determines the requirements and the desired project outcomes. Assesses the resources, processes and skills required to deliver the managed service.

Cost

Presents the findings of the scoping exercise including fully costed options and staffing requirements. Details performance indicators, service level agreements and how return on investment will be measured.

Deliver

Implements the agreed option using the proven StarBase methodology. Delivery team will consist of consultants who have a broad range of knowledge and experience working to the agreed project plan.

Monitor

Ensures we are delivering against the performance measurements and adjusts plan as necessary
